Twist-In Mixed Bed Color Changing Deionization Filter Cartridge
The Aquatic Life Twist-In Mixed Bed Color Changing Deionization Filter Cartridge uses Cation and Anion resins (H+ and OH-) to remove the remaining TDS from membrane-filtered water. This is the final line of defence to assure complete purity. It is advised to replace when resin color changes entirely to amber to achieve optimal results and effective function within your aquarium.
Replacement is simple; turn off your incoming water supply and the release pressure. Pivot the canister up and twist to the left to remove. To add the new canister, insert and twist to the right. After, flush the carbon dust and the preservative from the membrane.
