Eligibility Terms
To qualify for our Best Price Guarantee, the item must meet the following criteria:
- ✅ Identical: The product must be the same brand, model, size, color, and condition (new).
- ✅ In Stock: The product must be available and in stock at the competitor at the time of the request (no pre-orders or backorders).
- ✅ Canadian Retailer: The competitor must be an authorized retailer located in Canada, priced in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
- ✅ Shipping Included: We compare the "landed cost" (Product Price + Shipping fees the competitor would charge you).
- ✅ Availability: The offer is subject to our inventory limits.
⛔ Exclusions
The Best Price Guarantee does not apply in the following situations:
MAP Policy (Minimum Advertised Price)
Products protected by a Manufacturer's MAP policy cannot be sold below a certain price point.
Excluded brands (examples): Ecotech Marine, Reef Octopus, Eheim, Red Sea, AI (AquaIllumination), etc.
- Pricing Errors: If the competitor's price is clearly a typographical or technical error.
- Special Promotions: Temporary sales, liquidations, closing sales, "Open Box" items, or major events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, Prime Day).
- Coupons: Prices requiring a promo code or discount coupon.
