At checkout, you will have two types of options:
1. Carrier Choice (Live Rates)
You can specifically choose your preferred carrier (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
The price will be calculated live based on the exact weight and destination.
*This option allows shipping of most heavy items at actual cost.
2. Carrier of our choice
Select the "Carrier of our choice" option to benefit from our **advantageous fixed rates** (see tables below).

Furniture, most aquariums (except Red Sea), rocks, and substrates are not eligible for fixed or free shipping due to their weight or volume.

Order Pickup
Your order will be available in a secure parcel locker in Joliette after a usual delay of 24 hours.
You will receive an email with instructions and the access code. Note: Pickup sometimes unavailable on certain weekends.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE FLEXDELIVERY OPTION
(Free Canada Post service to pick up your package at the post office in the warm).

Orders are normally prepared and shipped within 1 business day
(warehouse closed on weekends and holidays).
Estimated transit times (business days):
- Quebec: 1 to 3 days
- Ontario: 1 to 3 days
- Rest of Canada: 3 to 7 days

Live Stock and Frozen Food Delivery:
We cannot ship live stock or frozen food. Available for Order Pickup only.
