Order Pickup
Your order will be available for pickup in a secure parcel locker in Joliette after a usual delay of 12 hours following your purchase.
Please note that pickup may be unavailable on certain weekends. You will receive an email with detailed instructions and the access code once your order is ready.
ADDON
ADDON to add products to an existing order with the promo code ADDON, please include a message stating "to be added to the initial order #" and be aware that addition is only possible if the order is not in processing and the added items do not incur additional shipping charges. Applicable for regular Canada Post shipping only.
Please note that without an initial order, the ADDON request will be rejected at the traitement.
Shipping Terms:

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form.
Orders are processed normally within one working day and are delivered within one to five more business days.
Items that we do not keep in stock can be ordered and are delivered within one to three weeks.

Undelivered / Lost Packages
If a package is not received, we immediately open an investigation with the carrier.
This investigation is required to determine the exact status of the shipment and to allow us to obtain reimbursement from the carrier.
Investigation Timeframe
The carrier’s processing time is generally 5 to 15 business days. During this period, we provide regular updates and keep the customer informed of any progress.
Customer Cooperation Required
To complete the investigation, the carrier may contact the customer directly to confirm delivery details or provide additional information.
If the customer does not respond to the carrier’s requests, the investigation may be closed without reimbursement, and no replacement or refund will be issued.
Customer Options
If the customer chooses to wait for the investigation to be completed:
A replacement will be shipped only if the package is confirmed lost by the carrier.
If the customer wishes to receive the product quickly:
They may place a new order immediately. If the original package is located and returned to our warehouse, a full refund of the first order will then be issued.
