The Aquatic Life Twist-In Sediment Filter Cartridge reduces particulate material such as sand, silt and rust. Eliminating particulate materials will enhance the appearance of your aquarium water. It is advised to replace this cartridge every 6 months to achieve optimal results and effective function within your aquarium.

Replacement is simple; turn off your incoming water supply and the release pressure. Pivot the canister up and twist to the left to remove. To add the new canister, insert and twist to the right. After, flush the carbon dust and the preservative from the membrane.
